Taylor has taught at Toledo Symphony Suzuki School of Music, Black Swamp Fine Arts School, and for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra's WFA Youth Orchestras. He has regularily performed and held memberships with the Lima Symphony Orchestra, Ballet Theatre of Toledo Orchestra, Sono Novo Ensemble, and served as the principal cellist of the Perrysburg Symphony Orchestra.
